Flexible Hourly Support

Maximum flexibility, designed entirely around your needs.

  • Choose Your Hours: Let us know how many hours per week you would like.
  • Choose Your Days: Select your preferred days.
  • Mix & Match Rates: Combine Weekday, Saturday, and Sunday rates to suit your needs.
Additional Non face-to face fees

STANDARD SUPPORT:

15% - 17.5% of total support hours, charged at the weekday hourly rate.

Complex Support:

20% - 25% of total support hours, charged at the weekday hourly rate.

Additional Fees & Inclusions

Depending on your package, the following may apply to ensure quality, person-centred care:
  • Non-Face-to-Face (NF2F) Time
    Covers behind-the-scenes tasks like support planning, risk assessments, goal tracking, essential documentation, and communication with professionals.
  • 3-Hour Foundation Shift
    Your first shift is designed to build trust, understand your needs, and set clear goals for your support journey.
  • Travel Time
    Charged at $1/km for pick-up/drop-off and transport during your shift.
  • NDIS Establishment Fee
    A one-off $702.30 fee applies for Personal Care/Participation packages over 20+ hrs/month for 3+ months, as per NDIS guidelines.
