We take the time to truly understand you—your unique goals, interests, aspirations, current priorities, and desired outcomes—so that your support is tailored to align with your personal direction and growth.

Matching you to the right person is therefore essential to a meaningful, effective and empowering mental health journey.
We understand:
- Healing and personal growth require a foundation of trust.
- It's important to feel comfortable and connected to your support worker otherwise this limits the effectiveness of the support.
- Support works best when communication style, personality, and approach align with the client’s needs.
- A strong match ensures the support worker understands your unique experiences, struggles and goals.
- The right support worker empowers you. A mismatch could lead to frustration, disengagement, or lack of motivation in the process.
We have established a rigorous and intentional onboarding process for selecting support workers to join our Empower Kollective Team.
Our team consists of knowledgeable and skilled individuals that embody a wellbeing-focused lifestyle, are dedicated to personal growth and bring rich life experience and care industry expertise.
Each support worker offers their own unique blend of skills and qualifications within the mental health and wellbeing sectors. Their attunement to this work is rooted in personal lived experience and training in various therapeutic, somatic, creative and holistic practices — making it a natural extension of their own journey and a genuine desire to share their offerings with others.
We strive to match clients and support workers in a way that nurtures a supportive, enriching, and engaged relationship-one that naturally fosters meaningful connection and a mutually empowering journey.
Your Support Worker Match
You will receive a Profile & Bio of your support worker ahead of time so you can get familiar with their background and values and you feel informed and comfortable ahead of time. Before your first official shift, you'll have a 2-hour meet & greet to give you both a chance to get to know each other, build initial rapport, and walk through your support plan, program and goals ahead of your first day.
GOAL + OBJECTIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
As a service that understands + values the importance of purposeful progress and driving real outcomes, we have integrated a specialist software to assist us in elevating the effectiveness of our service delivery.
Our Goal + Objective Management System (GOMS) provides a systemised and measured approach to set, measure + achieve individual objectives.

- Information transparency. The ability to analyse and track meaningful progress and achievements.
- Review of results from the real time tracking of your goals & objectives allowing you to make effective changes as needed.
