The following additional charges apply to ensure quality, person-centred care:
Non-Face-to-Face (NF2F) Time
Covers behind-the-scenes tasks like support planning, risk assessments, goal tracking, essential documentation, and communication with professionals.To ensure accuracy and fairness, non face-to-face support is invoiced weekly, as the level of required support can fluctuate from week to week. This ensures charges directly reflect the actual work completed during that period.All NF2F time is charged at the standard weekday rate for the relevant service.- Travel Time
Charged at $1/km for pick-up/drop-off and transport during your shift. - NDIS Establishment Fee
A one-off $702.30 fee applies for Personal Care/Participation packages over 20+ hrs/month for 3+ months, as per NDIS guidelines.
INTAKE FORM
The Client Intake Form is the first step and takes around five minutes to complete.
It collects your basic details and gets the intake process started.
Once this is submitted, we begin working through the remaining intake steps together.
We complete the rest of the forms collaboratively with you, guiding the process step by step so everything feels clear, manageable, and well supported rather than overwhelming.
