Next Step: Clarity Call

Your participant has been emailed the link to schedule their Clarity Call. 

If you’d like to be part of this call, your participant can easily add you as a guest when booking.

This is a simple, practical conversation to lay the foundations for their tailored support journey — including budget, schedule, and support worker preferences.

Once the call is complete, as the nominated Support Coordinator, you’ll be invited to complete Form 3 – NDIS Plan Goals Upload, which is the final step in the intake process.
