Skill building happens through Community Classes and Self-Paced Learning with your Support Worker.

Community Classes:
We connect you with local classes that match your goals and interests, offering support to help you engage confidently, build routine, develop mind-body awareness, and connect meaningfully with others. These experiences are about learning, growing, and enjoying the process.
Self-Paced Learning:
Work one-on-one with your support worker in a flexible, personalised way. Explore skills and practices that support your wellbeing in daily life—all in a nurturing, relaxed environment that meets you where you’re at.
RESTORATIVE OUTINGS PATHWAY
Reconnect with nature. Rebuild from within.
Nature is a powerful ally in regulating the nervous system, reducing stress, and fostering emotional balance. Our Restorative Outings Pathway offers supportive, guided experiences in both natural and urban environments to build confidence, connection, and a greater sense of wellbeing.
Every outing is a step towards calm, connection, and confidence.

Nature Outings:
Experience the calming benefits of nature through gentle movement, mindfulness, self-regulation, and relaxation. These outings support independence, social inclusion, and personal growth.
Examples include:
- Coastal + trail walks (accessible for all levels)
- Beaches, waterfalls, waterways, tea tree lakes
- Headlands, hinterland lookouts
Urban Outings:
Explore your local community and discover inspiration through creative, cultural, and social experiences. These outings nurture belonging and comfort in familiar spaces while encouraging meaningful engagement.
Examples include:
- Visits to local towns and hidden gems
- Gallery and thrift shop tours
- Community art & craft markets
- Weekly farmers markets
PEER GROUPS PATHWAY
From isolation to connection. Grow together.
Engaging in community groups is a powerful way to shift from isolation into meaningful connection. Our peer groups offer a supportive space to share, learn, and grow alongside others on similar journeys.
Through intentional meet-ups, you’ll experience a sense of belonging, motivation, and accountability—fostering authentic connection, inspiration, and a whole lot of fun along the way.
