We’re excited to offer flexible package options to help you get started and discover how our services can best support your journey.

Our Empower Packages provide a clear yet adaptable framework, with key benchmarks to guide your support. You can also choose our Custom Hourly Package to build a schedule that suits your individual needs and preferences.

All packages are flexible—you’re welcome to extend shifts, add or adjust sessions as needed. Any additional time is simply charged at an hourly rate.

Please note: Community Classes are run externally and may involve a small out-of-pocket cost, usually between $10–$25. These are not included in our program pricing.

Additional Fees:

  • 4hrs of Non-face-to-face time charged for administration time, which covers planning, coordination, risk assessment & goal management.
  • 2hrs for the initial meet+greet with your chosen support worker. Essentially this is your first shift where you will get to know each other, build initial rapport and walk through your support plan, program + goals to prepare for your 1st day.
  • TRAVEL TIME. This includes pick up and drop off to/from your home or preferred location and activity transport costs while on shift. This is charged at $1 per km.

    Additional Fees:

    • $675.60 Establishment Fee for Personal Care/Participation Support.
    • From week 3 onwards we charge a fortnightly fee of 2hrs Non-face-to-face time for administration time, which covers continuous planning & coordination refinement & goal management.
    • 2hrs for the initial meet+greet with your chosen support worker. Essentially this is your first shift where you will get to know each other, build initial rapport and walk through your support plan, program + goals to prepare for your 1st day.
    • TRAVEL TIME. This includes pick up and drop off to/from your home or preferred location and activity transport costs while on shift. This is charged at $1 per km.

Here some key considerations when choosing your preferred hours + days for your custom program:
  • Start + end of day support requirements
  • Travel time: This is dependent on where you live and considers the travel time for pick up and drop off to your location.
  • Energy + fatigue Levels
  • Your preferred pace in relation to sustaining + maintaining engagement and interest in the program.

Additional Fees that may be associated with your Custom Hourly Package:

  • $675.60 Establishment Fee for Personal Care/Participation Support if the commitment is a minimum of 20hrs per month for 3 months or more.
  • Non-face-to-face time is charged for administration time, which covers planning, coordination, risk assessment & goal management. This will be quoted when we finalise your Support Delivery.
  • 2hrs for the initial meet+greet with your chosen support worker. Essentially this is your first shift where you will get to know each other, build initial rapport and walk through your support plan, program + goals to prepare for your 1st day.
  • TRAVEL TIME. This includes pick up and drop off to/from your home or preferred location and activity transport costs while on shift. This is charged at $1 per km.
